Sales activity: sets, show %, close %, call recordings you submit.
Transaction: purchase history (processed via Stripe), invoices.
Usage & tech: IP, device, pages viewed, cookies, pixels (analytics/ads).
UGC & testimonials: content you share or authorize us to use.
2) How we use your info
Service delivery: onboarding, coaching, call reviews, community access.
Communications: confirmations, reminders, support, and relevant offers via email/SMS/DM—using your preferred channel.

7) SMS/DM/email consent
By providing your number/handle/email, you agree to receive messages about appointments, reminders, support, and relevant offers. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to SMS to opt out; Unsubscribe for emails; “stop” in DMs.
8) Data retention
Keep data only as long as needed for services, legal, and security—then delete or anonymize.
9) Security
Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards; no system is 100% secure.
10) International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. We use standard safeguards where required.
11) Minors
Not for individuals under 16 (or 13 where applicable). We don’t knowingly collect from minors.
12) Changes
We’ll post updates here and revise the Effective date.
